No one smiled. It didn’t matter whether I passed employees in the corridor at 7:30 a.m. or 6:30 p.m.—the atmosphere was the same. The absence of warmth was striking, and it spoke volumes. I didn’t need to review the organisation’s strategy or values to understand what was happening. The culture was telling its own story.

Culture is more than strategy documents, corporate initiatives and buzzwords. It’s the invisible force, like the wind, you can’t touch it, but you can always feel its impact. My work helps leaders look beyond surface-level frameworks and uncover the real drivers of a healthy, energising culture.
Because when the culture becomes unbearable, performance isn’t far behind. Productivity, engagement, and outcomes inevitably suffer. My role is to help ensure they don’t.
Stop guessing and start understanding your culture.
