Before founding my consultancy, I delivered OD, L&D and educational development work across several complex environments:

  • Organisational Development Partner North London Foundation Trust

  • OD Practitioner — University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire

  • National L&D Training Officer — Counter Terrorism Police HQ

  • Course Developer & Lecturer- Various Education Providers 

These roles shaped my practical, people-focused approach. I work well in politically complex settings and I’m used to partnering with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
